Training is the foundation of your BrandVox workspace. By adding different types of content, you teach your workspace about your brand, products, and services, enabling it to provide accurate and relevant responses.

How Training Works

Training your workspace is a simple three-step process:

Add Content

Choose your preferred training method and add content to your workspace. You can add multiple pieces of content at once.

Review & Process

Your content is processed and prepared for training. This happens automatically in the background.

Train Workspace

Once content is processed, click the "Train" button to update your workspace with the new knowledge.
