BrandVox provides an intuitive navigation system with a collapsible sidebar, expandable sections, and mobile-responsive design.

Sidebar Structure

The sidebar is your main navigation hub, organized into these sections:

Training

Access workspace-level training features:

• Website - Train from website content
• Files - Upload documents
• Text - Add custom text
• Q&A - Create question-answer pairs
• Google Docs - Import from Google Drive
• Notion - Import from Notion workspace

How to use:

1. Click "Training" to navigate to training page
2. Click the chevron (▼) to expand training options
3. Select a training source to access it

Support BVs

Manage your AI chatbot agents:

When you have no BVs:

• Click "Support BVs" to open agents page
• Create your first BV

When you have BVs:

• Click "Support BVs" to view all agents
• Click chevron to expand and see your BV list
• Click a BV name to access it
• Expand individual BVs to see features:
  • Customize - Appearance, Personality, AI Settings, Voice Settings
  • Action Map - Conversation flows (admin only)
  • Test - Test your BV
  • Integration - Website, Iframe, Full Screen, WordPress, Slack, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp
  • Chats - View conversations
  • Leads - Manage captured leads
  • Analytics - Performance metrics
  • Settings - General, Rate Limiting, Voice Rate Limiting

Social Media BV

Create and schedule social media content with AI.

Click to access content creation and scheduling tools.

Image Gen BV

Generate AI-powered images for your brand.

Click to create AI images and manage your image library.

Video Gen BV

Generate AI-powered videos for your brand.

Click to create AI videos and manage your video library.

Brand Settings

Configure your brand identity:

• Basics - Company information
• Personality - Brand tone and voice
• Market - Target audience and positioning
• Messaging - Key messages and values

How to use:

1. Click "Brand Settings" to navigate
2. Click chevron to expand options
3. Select a category to configure

Header Navigation

Desktop Header

Located at the top-right:

• Notifications - Bell icon to view system notifications
• Account Menu - Avatar icon for account options:
  • Workspaces
  • Profile
  • Security
  • Subscription
  • Help
  • Logout

Mobile Header

• Menu Toggle - Left: Opens sidebar (☰ icon)
• Notifications - Bell icon
• Account Menu - Avatar icon

Sidebar Features

Expandable Sections

Sections with chevron icons (▼/▶) can be expanded:

• Click section name - Navigate to that page and auto-expand
• Click chevron - Expand/collapse without navigating
• Expansion state - Automatically saved to your browser

Active State

The current page is highlighted in the sidebar for easy orientation.

Desktop Collapse Mode

On desktop, collapse the sidebar for more screen space:

1. Click the collapse button (◀) in sidebar header
2. Sidebar shrinks to icon-only mode
3. Mini navigation appears for active sections
4. Click expand button (▶) to restore full sidebar

In collapsed mode:

• Hover over icons to see labels
• Active sections show mini tabs
• Preference is saved automatically

Mobile Navigation

Opening Sidebar

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

Closing Sidebar

Three methods:

1. Close button - Tap × in sidebar header
2. Tap outside - Tap the darkened area
3. Navigate - Tap any navigation item

Mobile Features

• Scrollable - Swipe up/down to access all items
• Expandable sections - Same as desktop
• Touch-friendly - Large tap targets
• Auto-close - Sidebar closes after navigation
