Step 4: Values & Messaging

The final step - establish what your brand stands for and how you want customers to feel.

All fields in this step are optional. This is the last step before completing onboarding.

Core Values (Max 3)

Optional - Select up to 3 values that guide your brand.

Choose up to 3:

  • Integrity & Authenticity: Genuine, honest, dependable, ethical
  • Excellence & Innovation: Superior outcomes, continuous improvement, high standards
  • Customer-Centricity & Empathy: Prioritizing customer needs, understanding, responsive
  • Social Impact & Responsibility: Environmental care, social fairness, positive change
  • Collaboration & Community: Strong relationships, fostering belonging, support
  • Empowerment & Passion: Inspiring others, genuine energy, driving growth

Why Values Matter: Core values guide your brand decisions and help customers connect with your mission.

Desired Customer Emotion (Max 3)

Optional - Select up to 3 emotions you want customers to feel when interacting with your brand.

Choose up to 3:

  • Trust & Confidence: Safe, protected, confident in choices
  • Joy & Fulfillment: Positive feelings, contentment, pleasure
  • Inspiration & Hope: Motivated to improve, belief in better future
  • Connection & Belonging: Closeness, unity, part of something meaningful
  • Excitement & Engagement: Energized, engaged, eager to explore
  • Recognition & Respect: Valued, heard, honored

Example: A fitness brand might choose "Inspiration & Hope," "Excitement & Engagement," and "Recognition & Respect"

Tagline

Optional - Your brand's memorable catchphrase or slogan.

  • Short, memorable phrase (5-10 words ideal)
  • Captures your brand essence
  • Easy to remember

Examples:

  • Nike: "Just Do It"
  • Apple: "Think Different"
  • BMW: "The Ultimate Driving Machine"

Brand Story Summary

Optional - A brief narrative about your brand's mission, journey, or purpose.

  • 2-4 sentences
  • Why does your brand exist?
  • What problem do you solve?
  • What makes you unique?

Example: "We started BrandVox because we saw small businesses struggling to maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels. Our AI-powered platform democratizes professional content creation, making it accessible to businesses of all sizes. We believe every brand deserves a powerful voice."

Complete Setup

Once you're done with this step, click Finish Setup to complete onboarding and access your BrandVox dashboard.

Almost Done! After completing onboarding, you can start using all BrandVox applications immediately. You can always update your brand profile from Workspace Settings.

After Onboarding

What happens next:

  1. Access Your Dashboard: Full platform access to all BrandVox applications
  2. Train Your Brand: Add content, scrape your website, upload documents
  3. Start Creating: Use Support BV, Social Media BV, Image Gen BV, SEO BV, and Lead BV
  4. Invite Team: Add collaborators to your workspace

  • Finish: Complete onboarding and access your dashboard
  • Skip: All fields are optional
