Add custom content by typing or pasting text directly into BrandVox. Perfect for quick updates and specific information.
Adding Text Content
Create Text Entry
- Click "Add Text" button
- Enter a descriptive name for the content
- Type or paste your text in the content area
Submit
- Review the character count
- Check content accuracy
- Click "Add Text" to save
Use Cases

Managing Text Content
Edit Mode
- Click "Edit" button
- Select text entries to manage
- Choose action:
- Delete: Remove permanently
- Assign: Assign to specific BV applications
Search
Use the search bar to find text entries by name.
Updating Content
To update existing text:
- Delete the old version
- Add new version with same or updated name
- Train workspace to apply changes
Best Practices
Do:
- Use clear, descriptive names
- Include relevant dates in names
- Break content into paragraphs
- Keep information current
Don't:
- Add duplicate information
- Include outdated details
- Use ambiguous language
