Text Training

Add custom content by typing or pasting text directly into BrandVox. Perfect for quick updates and specific information.

Adding Text Content

Create Text Entry

  1. Click "Add Text" button
  2. Enter a descriptive name for the content
  3. Type or paste your text in the content area

Submit

  1. Review the character count
  2. Check content accuracy
  3. Click "Add Text" to save

Use Cases

Ideal for:

  • Company announcements and updates
  • Product specifications and details
  • Pricing and package information
  • Policy changes and procedures
  • Custom responses and talking points

Example:

Name: Q4 2024 Pricing Update

Content:
Our Premium Plan now includes unlimited workspaces
and advanced analytics for $99/month.

This pricing is effective from January 1, 2025.

Managing Text Content

Edit Mode

  1. Click "Edit" button
  2. Select text entries to manage
  3. Choose action:
    • Delete: Remove permanently
    • Assign: Assign to specific BV applications

Use the search bar to find text entries by name.

Updating Content

To update existing text:

  1. Delete the old version
  2. Add new version with same or updated name
  3. Train workspace to apply changes

Best Practices

Do:

  • Use clear, descriptive names
  • Include relevant dates in names
  • Break content into paragraphs
  • Keep information current

Don't:

  • Add duplicate information
  • Include outdated details
  • Use ambiguous language
