Import documents directly from Google Drive to train your workspace

Google Docs Training

Connect your Google account and import documents from Google Drive. Perfect for documentation, guidelines, and cloud-stored content.

Connecting Google Account

Open Google Docs Modal

  1. Navigate to Google Docs tab in Training
  2. Click "Add Google Docs" button

Authorize Access

  1. Click "Connect Google Account"
  2. Select your Google account in the popup
  3. Review and accept permissions
  4. Click "Allow" to grant access

Read-Only Access: BrandVox only requests read access to your Google Docs. We never modify or delete your documents.

Importing Documents

Select from Google Drive

After connecting:

  1. Click "Select Files from Google Drive" button
  2. Google Picker opens showing your documents
  3. Browse and select documents to import
  4. You can select multiple documents at once

Import Selected

  1. Click "Choose" in Google Picker
  2. Documents are fetched from Google Drive
  3. Content is processed and added to training
  4. Character count is updated

Managing Multiple Accounts

You can connect multiple Google accounts:

  1. Click account dropdown
  2. Select "Add Another Account"
  3. Authorize new account
  4. Switch between accounts anytime

Disconnecting Account

  1. Click account dropdown
  2. Click disconnect icon next to account
  3. Confirm disconnection
  4. Existing imported documents remain

Disconnecting prevents future imports but doesn't delete existing content. Delete documents manually if needed.

Managing Google Docs

Edit Mode

  1. Click "Edit" button
  2. Select documents to manage
  3. Choose action:
    • Delete: Remove permanently
    • Assign: Assign to specific BV applications

Use the search bar to find documents by name.
