Manage Your Leads
View and manage all customer leads captured through your Support BV conversations. Access contact information, filter by date and search terms, and export data to your CRM.
Quick Access
Navigate to Support BV → Leads from your BrandVox dashboard to view all captured lead information.
Leads Table
The main table displays all captured leads with the following columns:
Date: When the lead was captured (format: MMM DD, YYYY HH:mm).
Name: Visitor's full name.
Email: Clickable email address that opens your email client. Shows "N/A" if not provided.
Phone: Clickable phone number to initiate calls. Shows "N/A" if not provided.
Location: City and country based on visitor's IP address.
Source: Platform where the conversation occurred (Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Slack). Color-coded badges for quick identification.
Filtering Leads
Find specific leads using powerful filters:
Search: Search by name, email, or phone number (supports partial matches like "@gmail.com" or "555").
Date Range: Filter leads by capture date. Available history depends on your plan's retention settings.
Combine both filters, click Apply Filters to search, or Clear to reset all filters.
Date Range Limits
Available date range is limited by your workspace's chat history retention setting (30 days on Starter, all-time on Advanced/Premium/Enterprise).
Exporting Leads
Export lead data for use in CRM systems, email marketing, or analysis.
Click Export Button
Locate the export dropdown in the top-right corner of the leads table.
Select Format
Choose CSV (spreadsheets/databases), Excel (native Excel format), or JSON (technical integrations).
Download File
File downloads immediately with all leads matching your current filters.
Export Use Cases:
Import to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho: Export as CSV or Excel, use CRM's import tool, map fields, create contacts.
Add to Mailchimp, SendGrid: Export with emails, filter for valid addresses, import to email platform, create targeted campaigns.
Track performance: Export date range, open in Excel/Sheets, create pivot tables, identify trends and peak times.
Export Respects Filters
Exports include only leads matching your current filters, allowing targeted data extraction.

Empty State
If no leads appear:
No leads captured yet: Ensure Support BV is deployed, lead capture is enabled, and test the conversation flow.
No results after filtering: Broaden date range, simplify search terms, or click Clear to reset filters.
Troubleshooting
Data Privacy
Lead information contains personal data (names, emails, phones). Follow GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulations. Secure exported files and limit access to authorized team members.
