Analytics Dashboard

Track your Support BV performance with interactive charts, geographic distribution, and detailed metrics. Monitor user engagement, feedback trends, and platform usage to make data-driven improvements.

Quick Access

Navigate to Support BV → Analytics from your BrandVox dashboard to view performance metrics.

Date Range Filtering

Select a date range using the date range picker in the top-right corner. Click start date, then end date to filter analytics. Click "X" to clear and view all available data.

Date Range Limits

Available date ranges depend on your plan: 30 days (Starter), all-time/10,000 days (Advanced/Premium), unlimited (Enterprise).

General Overview

Three key performance charts track user activity and satisfaction:

Users Chart: Daily count of unique conversation sessions. Track user growth, identify campaign spikes, and monitor traffic patterns.

Questions Chart: Daily count of all messages sent to Support BV. Higher questions per user indicates more engaged conversations.

Feedback Chart: Daily liked (green line) and disliked (red line) responses. More likes than dislikes indicates strong performance.

Geographic Distribution

Interactive World Map

Visual representation of user engagement across the globe. Hover over countries to see name and question count. Color intensity indicates activity level (darker = more questions).

Country List

Detailed breakdown of questions by country, sorted from highest to lowest. Use this data for:

  • Market Analysis: Focus marketing on high-engagement countries
  • Localization: Identify regions requiring language support
  • Support Planning: Schedule coverage for peak geographic time zones
  • Expansion: Track international interest and identify new markets

Compare Questions by Model with Feedback chart to see if specific models receive more positive or negative feedback. This helps choose the best model for your use case.

Exporting Analytics

Export comprehensive analytics data for analysis, reporting, or archiving.

Click Export Button

Click the "Export" dropdown in the top-right corner.

Select Format

Choose CSV (spreadsheets), Excel (native Excel), or JSON (technical integrations).

Download File

File downloads immediately with all analytics for your selected date range.

What Gets Exported:

  • Summary metrics (total users, questions, liked/disliked feedback)
  • Daily statistics for each date in range
  • Geographic data (questions by country)
  • Platform data (questions by source)
  • AI model data (questions by model)
  • Metadata (agent name, date range)

Analytics-to-Action Workflow

  1. Identify issues in analytics (e.g., feedback spike)
  2. Review specific conversations in Chats section
  3. Update training data or AI settings
