Brand Archetype
Optional - Your brand's core personality type. Choose one:
- Hero: Courageous and determined (Nike, FedEx)
- Creator: Innovative and imaginative (Apple, LEGO)
- Explorer: Adventurous and independent (Jeep, Airbnb)
- Sage: Wise and knowledgeable (Google, TED)
- Jester: Playful and humorous (Ben & Jerry's)
- Everyman: Relatable and down-to-earth (IKEA, Target)
How It's Used
- Shapes overall approach to conversations
- Influences word choice and phrasing
- Determines how AI responds to situations
- Guides character and attitude
Selecting Your Archetype
- Navigate to Brand Settings → Personality & Tone
- Click on your chosen archetype
- Click Save Changes
Personality Traits
Optional - Key characteristics that define your brand. Select up to 3:
- Friendly: Warm and approachable
- Professional: Polished and business-like
- Bold: Confident and assertive
- Trustworthy: Reliable and dependable
- Quirky: Unconventional and unique
- Sophisticated: Refined and elegant
- Approachable: Easy to talk to
- Cutting Edge: Modern and innovative
Limit of 3: You can only select 3 personality traits. Focus on what's most important.
Example Combinations
- Professional + Trustworthy + Sophisticated → Corporate, high-end service
- Friendly + Approachable + Quirky → Fun, casual consumer brand
- Bold + Cutting Edge + Professional → Innovative tech startup
Tone of Voice
Optional - Communication style and formality level. Choose one:
- Formal: Professional, polished, business-like (B2B, financial services)
- Conversational: Casual, friendly, natural (consumer brands, retail)
- Witty: Clever, humorous, playful (entertainment, creative industries)
- Inspirational: Motivating, uplifting, empowering (fitness, education)
- Empathetic: Caring, understanding, supportive (healthcare, social services)
Selecting Your Tone
- Navigate to Brand Settings → Personality & Tone
- Review all tone options
- Click on the tone that fits your brand
- Click Save Changes
Saving Changes
After selecting your archetype, traits, and tone:
- Review all selections
- Click Save Changes in the top right
- Confirm the save action
- Wait for AI retraining (2-5 minutes)
