What Are Brand Settings?
Brand Settings define how BrandVox AI communicates on behalf of your brand. These settings apply across all BrandVox applications - Support BV, Social Media BV, Image Gen BV, SEO BV, and Lead BV.

Company Basics & Visuals
Company name, description, brand color, and logo
Personality & Tone
Brand archetype, personality traits, and tone of voice
Business & Market
Business model, target audience, and unique selling proposition
Messaging & Values
Core values, customer emotions, tagline, and brand story
Accessing Brand Settings
- Click Brand Settings in the sidebar
- Select a section to edit
- Make your changes
- Click Save Changes
Retraining Notice: Saving brand settings triggers AI retraining (2-5 minutes).
