Step 2: Personality & Tone

Shape how your brand communicates. Choose the personality and voice that represents your brand.

All fields in this step are optional. You can skip this step and add personality details later from Workspace Settings.

Brand Archetype

Optional - Select the archetype that best represents your brand personality.

Choose one archetype:

  • The Hero: Courageous, inspiring, makes a positive impact
  • The Creator: Innovative, imaginative, builds unique solutions
  • The Explorer: Adventurous, independent, discovers new possibilities
  • The Sage: Knowledgeable, wise, shares expertise and insights
  • The Jester: Playful, humorous, brings joy and entertainment
  • The Everyman: Relatable, friendly, connects with everyone

Not Sure? Think about how you want customers to perceive your brand. Are you a trusted expert (Sage), an exciting innovator (Creator), or a friendly companion (Everyman)?

Personality Traits (Max 3)

Optional - Select up to 3 traits that describe your brand personality.

Choose up to 3:

  • Friendly: Warm, approachable, welcoming
  • Professional: Formal, competent, business-like
  • Bold: Confident, daring, stands out
  • Trustworthy: Reliable, dependable, honest
  • Quirky: Unique, unconventional, fun
  • Sophisticated: Refined, elegant, premium
  • Approachable: Easy to connect with, down-to-earth
  • Cutting-edge: Modern, innovative, forward-thinking

Example Combination: A tech startup might choose "Bold," "Cutting-edge," and "Approachable"

Tone of Voice

Optional - Select how your brand communicates.

Choose one tone:

  • Formal: Professional, proper, business-appropriate
  • Conversational: Casual, friendly, everyday language
  • Witty: Clever, humorous, entertaining
  • Inspirational: Uplifting, motivating, empowering
  • Empathetic: Understanding, caring, compassionate

Tip: Your tone should match your audience and industry. B2B companies often use Formal or Professional tone, while consumer brands might choose Conversational or Witty.
