BrandVox Plans

Starter - $59/month ($29.50 with launch discount)

For small businesses getting started with AI.

Limits: 1 Workspace, 2 Team Members, 5M Characters, 1K Credits, 1K Website Pages

Includes: All 5 BV apps (Support, Social Media, Image Gen, SEO, Lead)

Advanced - $139/month ($69.50 with launch discount) ⭐

For growing businesses needing expanded AI capabilities.

Limits: 2 Workspaces, 3 Team Members, 10M Characters, 3K Credits, 3K Website Pages

Includes: All BV apps + Advanced AI Models + All-time Chat History

Your Current Plan

Your active plan is displayed with:

  • Plan Badge: Shows your tier (Starter, Advanced, Premium, Enterprise)
  • Plan Status: Active, Canceling, or Inactive
  • Current Plan Indicator: Card is highlighted and marked "Current"

Plan Status

  • Active: Subscription is current, all features available
  • Canceling: Set to cancel at end of billing period
  • Inactive: Subscription ended or payment failed

Trial users see days remaining in trial period.

Monthly Billing

Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Yearly Billing

Save up to 15% by paying annually. Lock in your rate for the year.

Save with Yearly: Annual subscriptions offer significant savings. Toggle Monthly/Yearly in Plans tab.

Select Plan

Click on the plan card you want to upgrade to

Complete Checkout

You'll be redirected to secure Stripe checkout

Confirm Upgrade

After payment, you're returned to BrandVox with new plan activated immediately

Immediate Access: When you upgrade, you gain immediate access to all features and increased limits.

Plan Limits Explained

Workspaces

Number of separate workspaces you can create. Each workspace has its own brand, BVs, and settings.

Team Members

Maximum number of team members who can collaborate in your workspaces.

Training Characters

Total characters you can use to train AI models across all workspaces.

Credits

Monthly credits for AI operations (content generation, image creation, SEO analysis).

Website Pages

Number of website pages you can index and analyze for BV training and SEO.

Approaching Limits? Consider upgrading to a higher tier for more capacity.

Managing Your Subscription

Renew a Canceling Subscription

  1. Navigate to AccountPlan
  2. Click on your current plan card
  3. Select Renew Subscription
  4. Complete checkout

View Invoice History

  1. Scroll down in Plan tab
  2. Find Invoice History section
  3. View payment history and invoice details
  4. Download invoices for accounting

Downgrade Restrictions

No Downgrades: BrandVox doesn't allow mid-term downgrades to lower-tier plans.

To move to a lower tier:

  1. Let current subscription expire (cancel and don't renew)
  2. After expiration, subscribe to lower-tier plan
  3. Contact support with questions

Secure Processing

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at end of each billing period unless canceled.

Update Payment Info

  1. Payment managed through Stripe
  2. Contact support through Help tab
  3. Team provides secure link to update payment
