Security Settings
Control your account security and authentication preferences.
Authentication Methods
BrandVox supports two authentication methods:
Email and Password
If you signed up with email, you can change your password anytime in the Security tab.
Google Sign-In
If you signed up with Google, your authentication is managed by Google. No password change needed in BrandVox.
The Security tab shows which authentication method your account uses.
Changing Your Password
For email and password accounts only
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (@, #, $, %, etc.)
How to Change Password
Navigate to Security
Open Account → Security tab
Enter Current Password
Type your current password in the "Current Password" field
Enter New Password
Type your new password in the "New Password" field (must meet requirements)
Confirm New Password
Re-type your new password in the "Confirm New Password" field
Save Changes
Click Change Password button
You'll see a confirmation message when your password is successfully changed.

Google Sign-In Accounts
If you signed up with Google, manage your password through Google:
- Visit Google Account Security
- Sign in with your Google credentials
- Update your password or security settings
Changes automatically apply to your BrandVox login.
Security Best Practices
Email and Password Accounts
- Use a unique password (don't reuse from other services)
- Change password every 3-6 months
- Never share your password
- Use a password manager (1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden)
- Keep email verified for security alerts
Google Sign-In Accounts
- Enable Google two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Review Google Security Checkup regularly
- Keep recovery options updated
- Monitor Google account activity
Account Compromised?
If you suspect unauthorized access:
Change Password Immediately
For email accounts, change password in Security tab. For Google accounts, change Google password.
Review Recent Activity
Check for unusual changes to profile, workspaces, or settings.
Contact Support
Submit a ticket through Help tab explaining the situation.
Update Other Accounts
If you used the same password elsewhere, change those immediately.
Act quickly if you notice unauthorized access to protect your account and data.
Account Recovery
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to BrandVox login page
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address
- Check email for reset link
- Follow instructions to create new password

Can't Access Your Email?
- Contact BrandVox support with different email
- Provide proof of account ownership
- Support team will assist with recovery
