Profile Settings

Manage your personal information, profile picture, and account details

Profile Settings

Update your profile information and view your account status.

Personal Information

Name

Update your first and last name:

  1. Navigate to AccountProfile
  2. Edit the First Name and Last Name fields
  3. Click Save Changes

Email Address

Your email is displayed but cannot be changed directly (it's your login identifier).

Need to change your email? Contact support through the Help tab for assistance.

Profile Picture

Your profile picture appears throughout BrandVox.

Uploading a Picture

  1. Click on the circular profile picture area
  2. Select an image file (JPG, PNG, or GIF)
  3. Click Save Changes

Recommended: Square image, at least 200x200 pixels

Removing a Picture

  1. Click on your profile picture
  2. Select Remove or choose a new image
  3. Click Save Changes

Email Verification

Your profile shows email verification status:

  • Verified (green checkmark): Email confirmed
  • Not Verified (warning): Need to verify email

Resend Verification Email

  1. Click Resend Verification Email button
  2. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
  3. Click the verification link in the email

Subscription Information

View your current plan details:

  • Plan Badge: Shows your tier (Starter, Advanced, Premium, Enterprise)
  • Status: Active, Canceling, or Inactive
  • Upgrade Button: Click to explore higher tiers

Account Actions

Cancel Subscription

Canceling downgrades your account at the end of the billing period. You retain access until then.

  1. Click Cancel Subscription button
  2. Review the warning
  3. Confirm with Yes, Cancel Subscription

Delete Account

Permanent Action: Deleting your account cannot be undone. All data will be permanently deleted.

  1. Scroll to Danger Zone section
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Type "DELETE" in capital letters
  4. Click Yes, Delete My Account
