Workspace Management

Organize AI agents and collaborate with teams in BrandVox workspaces

Workspace Management

Workspaces organize your AI agents (BVs) and enable team collaboration. Each workspace is a separate environment with its own members, chatbots, and resources.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace provides:

  • BVs - Create and manage multiple BVs
  • Team Collaboration - Invite members to work together
  • Resource Sharing - Share chatbots across team
  • Access Control - Manage permissions with roles
  • Usage Limits - Track workspace limits and usage

Accessing Workspace Management

Via User Menu (Top Right)

  1. Click your user avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Workspaces" from the dropdown
  3. Access workspace management interface with two tabs:
    • My Workspaces - View and manage all workspaces
    • Invitations - Accept/decline invitations

Via Workspace Switcher (Top Left)

  1. Click workspace name in the top-left sidebar
  2. Dropdown shows all your workspaces
  3. Switch between workspaces instantly
  4. Create new workspace from dropdown

Switching Workspaces

Use the workspace switcher to change active workspace:

  1. Click workspace name in top-left sidebar
  2. Select a workspace from the dropdown
  3. Current workspace shows checkmark
  4. Platform reloads with new workspace context

Inactive subscriptions: Workspaces with inactive creator subscriptions are disabled and cannot be accessed.

Workspace Roles

Note: Only the creator can delete a workspace (except personal workspace).

Workspace Limits

Each workspace has limits based on creator's subscription:

  • Support BVs - Maximum Support BVs
  • Characters - Training content characters
  • Credits - Monthly message credits
  • Members - Team member limit
  • Website URLs - Crawlable pages

Limits are displayed in workspace details.

Personal Workspace

Your first workspace is automatically created as your personal workspace. It:

  • Cannot be deleted
  • Has only you as a member
  • Serves as your default workspace
