Viewing & Managing Posts

The Social Media BV dashboard displays all your generated posts with filtering, search, and management tools.

Dashboard Overview

Posts are displayed as cards showing:

  • Platform badge (color-coded: LinkedIn-Blue, Instagram-Pink, X-Black, Facebook-Blue, Blog-Purple)
  • Creation date (e.g., "2 hours ago", "Yesterday")
  • Topic
  • Tone badge
  • Content preview (first 150 characters)
  • Number of variations
  • Action buttons (View, Copy, Delete)

Search Posts

Use the search bar to find posts by content text, topic keywords, or hashtags.

Platform Filter

Filter by platform:

  • All Platforms
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • Facebook
  • Blog Post

Actions

View Full Post

Click the view button (eye icon) to open the complete post with all variations and settings. You can:

  • Read all variations
  • Switch between versions
  • Edit content
  • Copy to clipboard
  • Post to connected platforms
  • Delete the post

Copy Content

Click the copy button to copy post content to clipboard.

Delete Posts

  1. Click the trash icon on the post card
  2. Confirm deletion in the popup
  3. Post is permanently removed

Scheduled Posts

Desktop View

Scheduled posts appear in a sidebar on the right showing:

  • Platform and status (Active/Inactive)
  • Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Custom)
  • Time and timezone
  • Topic
  • Last run date
  • Edit and delete options

Mobile View

Tap "Scheduled Posts" button to open a modal with all scheduled content.

Managing Schedules

  • Edit: Click pencil icon to modify schedule settings
  • Delete: Click trash icon to permanently remove schedule

Pagination

When you have many posts:

  • Use page numbers to jump to specific pages
  • Click arrows to move forward/backward
  • Current page is highlighted
  • 6 posts displayed per page
  • Summary shows: "Page 1 of 5 • Showing 6 posts (42 total)"
