Training & Brand Integration

Enhance your images with workspace training data and brand settings for brand-consistent, contextually informed artwork.

Use Training

Enable this to incorporate your workspace's training data into image generation.

What Training Data Includes:

  • Text Content: Custom text you've added about your brand/business
  • Uploaded Files: PDF, Word, and other documents with brand information
  • Website Content: Scraped content from your website URLs
  • Q&A Pairs: Specific questions and answers about your brand
  • Google Docs: Documents linked from your Google Drive
  • Notion Pages: Content from your integrated Notion workspace

How It Works:

  1. Training data must first be assigned to Image Gen BV in Workspace Training
  2. When enabled, the AI uses this knowledge to understand your brand context
  3. Improves prompt interpretation based on your brand's specific terminology
  4. Helps generate images aligned with your brand's visual language
  5. Provides context the AI wouldn't have from the prompt alone

When to Use:

  • Generating brand-specific imagery
  • Creating product visuals (AI knows your products from training)
  • Making industry-specific content (AI understands your sector)
  • Ensuring consistency with your brand documentation

Setup Required:

  • Navigate to Workspace Settings → Training
  • Add training content (text, files, web links, Q&A, Google Docs, Notion)
  • Assign training data to "Image Gen BV" using the assignment modal
  • Training data is then available when this toggle is enabled

Use Brand Settings

Enable this to apply your workspace's brand profile to image generation.

What Brand Settings Include:

Brand Basics:

  • Company name and description
  • Brand colors (primary color)
  • Logo/visual identity

Brand Personality:

  • Brand archetype (Hero, Creator, Explorer, Sage, Jester, Everyman)
  • Personality traits (Friendly, Professional, Bold, etc.)
  • Tone of voice (Formal, Conversational, Witty, Inspirational, Empathetic)

Market Position:

  • Business model (B2B, B2C, Marketplace, etc.)
  • Target audience (Gen Z, Millennials, Executives, etc.)
  • Unique selling proposition

Brand Messaging:

  • Core values (Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, etc.)
  • Customer emotions (Trust, Joy, Inspiration, etc.)
  • Tagline and brand story

How It Works:

  1. The AI retrieves your workspace brand settings
  2. Brand colors influence the color palette and theme
  3. Brand personality guides the visual style and mood
  4. Target audience informs composition choices
  5. Core values ensure generated images align with brand values

When to Use:

  • Creating brand-consistent visual content
  • Ensuring images match your brand personality
  • Maintaining visual identity across generated images
  • Automatically applying brand colors to images

Setup Required:

  • Navigate to Brand Settings (4 sections: Basics, Personality, Market, Messaging)
  • Complete your brand profile (name, colors, personality, values, etc.)
  • Brand settings automatically apply when this toggle is enabled

Both features are optional and can be used independently or together. Using both provides the most brand-aligned, contextually accurate results.

Generation Options

Number of Images: Choose 1-4 images per generation

  • Credit cost per image varies by AI model (10-15 credits)
  • Multiple images let you compare variations
  • Total cost displayed before generation

The interface shows your available credits and the total cost before generation. Make sure you have sufficient credits for your selected model and image count.

Advanced Options

Negative Prompt: Describe what to avoid

  • "blurry, low quality, distorted"
  • "text, watermarks"
  • "people, faces" (for product-only shots)

Generation Process

After clicking "Generate Images":

  1. Analyzing (10%): AI analyzes your requirements
  2. Creating (25%): Generation begins
  3. Processing (50-85%): AI refines the image
  4. Finalizing (95%): Final touches applied
  5. Complete (100%): Images ready

Takes 30-90 seconds. Don't close the page during generation.

After Generation

  • Download: Save full-resolution PNG
  • Copy URL: Copy image link to clipboard
  • Generate More: Create more with same settings
  • Edit Settings: Modify and regenerate

Don't expect perfection on first try. Generate, review, adjust settings, and regenerate as needed.
